Bean & World Co., Ltd. was established through a joint investment by the Madu Sword Bean Farmers Team in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It serves as a partner farm of Chungbuk National University, designated by the Group of Professors for Local Agricultural Cooperation. The company specializes in producing traditional Korean fermented foods, including rapid-ferment bean paste, regular bean paste, and red chili paste, using sword beans cultivated on their own farm.
Since its inception in 1999, Bean & World has been recognized for the quality of its products and technologies. Notable achievements include winning the Gold Medal at the Chungcheongbuk-do Agricultural Products Fair, receiving the Excellent Prize in World Agricultural Technology Development from SegyeIlbo, and earning the Grand Prize in the Traditional Food Category at the Kimchi Expo organized by MunhwaIlbo. In 2006, the company was selected as an Agricultural Venture Firm.
