After feeling the need to manage my father’s diet due to his father’s deteriorating health, who had always preferred sugary snacks, I began developing macarons with lower sugar content. So, at our Kkorangji Macaron, we use alternative sugars and 100% almond powder that are not absorbed into the body so that even people suffering from diabetes or dieting can eat them without any burden.
